New Opportunities for Small Consulting Businesses?

A forecast compound annual growth rate of 2% between now and 2020, the rapid advance of digital technologies and technology companies’ typical growth targets of 5% to 10% per year are creating significant pressures in the software and IT services sector.   These pressures are creating opportunities for small consulting businesses, but careful targeting, qualification and innovation of business models is needed for consultants to be successful.

In this talk Graham will:

- outline the opportunities these pressures are creating

- based on visibility of similar phenomena in other sectors, question whether there are similar opportunities for small consulting businesses in these sectors

- stimulate debate amongst Richmond Group members about ways to collaborate to capitalise on these opportunities.

Many will know that Graham specialises in helping software and technology businesses to grow more quickly.  He developed his expertise working for Accenture and A.T. Kearney before setting up his own consulting business.  His clients include Accenture, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Civica, together with smaller software and technology businesses with significant growth aspirations.
