Founded two companies, subsequently taken public, where I served as Chairman and CEO respectively. I have served as a non-executive director in several early-stage ventures, and in two listed companies. Was an elected member for 12 years in a district council, and a university governor. As a consultant for the past seven years, I work in both the private and public sectors. My focus is always on performance improvement of the individual and the organisation.

Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications: I have a postgrad diploma in coaching psychology from Leeds Met (2008), a postgrad certificate in coaching and development from Portsmouth Business School (1997), and an MSc in organisational behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London (1994). I am a Member of the BCS (CITP), and the IET. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Member of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants, a member of the management board of the Association of Business Psychologists, and an associate member of the Association for Coaching.
