CEOSTRA Ltd specializes in working with established businesses, that want to grow or rejuvenate, which are often facing opportunities that they want to exploit or challenges, such as declining sales or increased competition, and the management are not sure how to make progress. We work with managing directors and management teams, to develop effective strategies, providing support, injecting creativity and utilizing our knowledge and experience of developing small and medium sized businesses. This enables them to carry on running the company whilst also moving it forward. This means that they become more successful or return to prosperity and overcome the barriers that often prevent this kind of business from growing.
