Large internal consulting projects, designing and implementing corporate systems, contributing to strategy development and organisation change programmes, providing and evaluating assessment, recruitment and development programs as well as individual feedback and coaching; designing, implementing and evaluating competency frameworks; audited top talent, designed corporate systems and senior assessment, recruitment and development programmes.
