 A very experienced management consultant, with significant line-management experience. Areas of particular expertise include information systems and information technology strategies, systems and operational feasibility studies, IT facilities management specification, selection and contract negotiation and project management. He has undertaken assignments for a wide variety of clients, although his principal industry experience is the public sector, particularly local government where he has over 15 years experience of IT related management consulting and has undertaken major assignments in all the main service areas, most recently in customer services.
