Susan has some thirty years experience in Information Systems with a focus on improving business efficiency and performance through managing the process of change. She has expertise in the full procurement lifecycle specifically for multi-million pound contracts with ICT Services Providers. She has worked extensively as a business analyst and project manager with a background in training and has a wealth of experience in the scoping of business requirements, in particular business process analysis, strategy formulation, risk assessment, benefits management, planning, budgeting, requirements definition, supplier selection, contract negotiation and implementation management (particularly third party suppliers). She has assisted over 40 organisations, in both the public and private sectors, with the introduction and replacement of their IT systems and has a thorough understanding of the project lifeycle, from preparation of Business Case through to implementation and system acceptance, with an in-depth knowledge of PRINCE 2.
