 Self-employed consultant since 1989 in areas of change management, organisation effectiveness and HR. Currently Vice Chair of Watford Community Housing Trust and Board Member of Soha Housing. Senior posts in HR prior to 1989 - Resources Director of Tektronix UK (1984-89) directing HR, IT, administration & logistics. Senior HR Manager with Amersham International (1977-84) before, during and after that company was the first organisation privatised by the Conservative Government in 1983.
