Who Can Join RG

You can apply to become a member of RG if your primary occupation is as an independent management consultant. That is, if you are either a sole trader or a member of a firm with nor more than five principals. We have two levels of membership:

• Full members - people who meet all the criteria (see Admission Criteria) including that they have around five years' active experience in a consultancy role. This experience can include periods in internal consultancy roles and with other practices than your current one.
  
• Associate members - people who meet all the other criteria of full membership except for the around five-year experience test. Associate members are required to demonstrate, from time-to-time, that they are continuing to work as consultants and, after no longer than 3 years after joining, subsequently apply for upgrading.
